Queen Street Surgery is one of the longest established practices in Levin having served the community for over 45 years.

We are situated at 50 Queen Street West, Levin (opposite to the town swimming complex).

Queen Street Surgery are proud to be a Teaching Practice committed to medical training for future General Practitioners and Nurses.

We have a core team of 4 GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 5 practice nurses and 4 administration staff.

Well Child Checks and Immunisations

After Hours Care
Our team of doctors, nurses and administrative staff have a wealth of knowledge and take pride in providing a quality primary health care service
The New Zealand National Immunisation Schedule is a series of immunisations (including boosters) given at specific times between the ages of six weeks and twelve years. To get the best possible protection, have the immunisations on time, every time.
Queen Street Surgery participates in a local after hours care roster ensuring all urgent enquiries are received and directed to an on call health care provider.

  • Travel advice vaccinations (after doctors consultation)
  • Diabetes advice

Our nurses are also available to take phone call queries and answer questions about test results.

Minor Surgery

Minor surgical procedures such as mole removals are performed here. A double appointment is required. Liquid nitrogen treatment is available for warts and other skin conditions during our normal opening hours. Please ask for additional charges applicable to this.
